The free community is the where it all begins!
We want to help you improve your life, one meal at a time.
As chefs, seeing how some people ate often left us scratching our heads. So many diets, allergies, not to mention some really goofy eating plans. Some of it made sense, others, not at all.
Over the last 4 decades the "experts" have given us a revolving door of plans telling us how we should eat. Yet the news tells us that we're heavier & less healthy than ever. Sadly, more than 50% of our diet in America is now made up of ultra-processed foods. A quick look at most nutrition labels will tell you we're kind of off track.
We started I Could Cook That! because we’re just like you; busy with jobs, families & full lives. But we know there's an easier way to cook and eat well. While we’re always honored when you ask “if we’d just come be your personal chef” the only way to share us is to well, share us! Through I Could Cook That! we teach everything we know about preparing real food, kind of like your grandparents ate, so you can feel good about the way you cook, eat, and feed your family.
“Give someone a fish and they eat for a day, teach them to fish and they eat for a lifetime”. We're happy to share our knowledge with you.
Because food is not the enemy, it’s the answer!
I've been a chef, manager, wife, mom, and know the role that food plays in every aspect of our life, from wellness and energy to joy and get-togethers. Food is a great connector!
My goal is to inspire others to be their best selves, one great meal at a time.
My love for cooking began early. You could find me sitting on the counter whipping up cakes, cookies, and family dinners with my mom!
Fifteen years, a culinary degree and a handful of chef positions later, I have the wonderful honor of doing the same with my own spunky daughter!
Mom to two sets of twins. Things got crazy but dinner together was always a priority.
Recipes & food traditions are now being taught to the next generation and I love little hands helping me in the kitchen. It provides a chance to teach, connect, listen and laugh!
